Tournament will proceed on its original date (9/29).
In the Grand Scheme of things, it is just another week of golf. 

The Officers discussed this in Ad nauseam and I flip-flopped several times on whether to make the change. In the end, the dates are set at our annual meeting and adjustments are made at that time to accommodate player's availability.
Things come up in our lives and our schedules change. It would not be fair to any other player who arraigned their schedule in order to be present based on the original date. 
If the league members would like to have a different tournament scheduling system then we could bring it up at next seasons annual meeting.
