Team Handicapping for Tuesday

I estimated indexes based on our Quotas (I have an old conversion chart from when we did match play tournaments). Then the USGA has a formula for determining a Scramble team's handicap. Based on all of that, below are the handicaps - the lowest team will receive no strokes and the other teams will receive the difference, Wager to be determined at the course. I understand we will be doing closest to the pins also within our 5 groups. So figure maybe $10-20 of action per person.

Team A - Ken's Team 6 (+0)
Team B - Ed's Team 9 (+3)
Team C - Don's Team 11 (+5)
Team D - Dave K's Team 7 (+1)
Team E - Keith's Team 7 (+1)

Stupid question, but we are assuming Marty is putting all of Elmtree out on the same course??

We are all on the West, 5 groups in a row. starting around 14.... May I suggest $10 to $20 per man side bet, and $1 Closest to the Pins on par 3's. But I am in regardless.... #In.
