    Bunker Rull

    Based on club conversations and the recommendation/endorsement by Marty I propose amending our club bunker rule to either:

    1) Revert back to the old rule of rake and place
    2) Rake and place ONLY when the group agrees that the lie in the bunker is a bad one (for example the ball in a foot mark)

    I'm generally in favor of local rules that take into account course maintenance and overall enjoyment of the game. I know some purists don't agree, but it's just my feeling on the game. For that reason I'm in favor of #2. But I'm not sure we have any mechanism to alter any local rules in mid season. El Presidente??
