    ANNUAL MEETING: Monday, March 12th @ 7PM

    Good Morning Campers:
    The annual meeting for Elmtree Duffers is going to be Monday, March 12th at 7PM.
    It will be at our traditional establishment, Marios Pizza restaurant, 710 Van Houten Ave, Clifton
    Primary Topics of Discussion:
    150yd bush markers, Rake & Place in bunkers, How many more pitchers of beer and what kind of pizza should we order.
    All for the starting price of $20 (your annual dues)

    Im in,  why are we discussing the 150 marker bush.  Bushes or Boulders used as Yardage Markers
    Q. Our course has installed bushes that serve as 150-yard markers. Are players entitled to relief from these bushes?

    A. No. A bush is a natural object, not artificial, thus it is not an obstruction (Definition of "Obstruction"). The answer is the same regardless of whether it is used to indicate yardage.

    Was great seeing everyone last night. Looking forward to 2018 season.

    FYI...I saw this on the USGA page and thought I’d share as this got a lot of attention last night (and historically lol):
