Here is the Meeting Recap - 16 members were in attendance
Officers were all re-elected. 
- In Ken's absence, His duties will be handled by Bruce, John M, Jeff and El-Presidente
---Bruce will handle all interactions with golf course staff, round up bodies for tee time acquisition & set teams each week
---John M will handle weekly $ collection and distribution (he will be your VENMO buddy)
---Jeff will assist in the "rounding up of cats" to acquire tee times each week & control the account email/password list
---El Presidente will handle the banking duties and settle up with John M each week

By UNANIMOUS VOTE:
1) APPROVE - Round played credit for paid rounds that get RAINED-OUT
2) APPROVE - INJURED MEMBER may request QUOTA CARRYOVER to next season if unable to complete 4 rounds
3) APPROVE - SAND TRAPS, Adopt USGA recommendation to now permit RAKE & DROP in bunkers
4) APPROVE - Eliminate references in the rules to make teams now that Software is handling this task

FAILED MOTION: 
by 13-3 vote by Bruce and Dennis(second) to VALIDATE(Par or better) a CTP before winning the money

TOURNAMENTS:
Do to an oversight, We never discussed the Tournament Dates. The dates took into consideration County Tournaments. 
Opening Day - May 4th
Sean Chambers Mid-Season - July 27th (County Tourn. - July 13 & 20)
Closing Day - October 5th 
If these dates present a large number of member conflicts, a date change can be discussed
