NJ Gov is now allowing 4-somes beginning on Friday, May 22nd.
I believe we will be able to expand the total number of players allowed each week.
We will still be required to complete all monetary transactions via the Venmo app.

re: posting time stamp - The FREE msg board does not take into account Daylight Savings time so all posts will be 1 hour off. I have submitted a request to see how to turn on DST adjustment

With NJ tee-time restrictions in place, it has become extremely difficult to secure times for the club each week. ANY times must be secured after midnight 2 weeks prior and we are hard locked to 8 times (16 players). Tee-times may also not be at our usual early morning times and we will probably not have our times run consecutively.
We are club with close to 40 members and last season we frequently had 20-24 members wishing to play on any given Sunday. 16 spots means that there are going to be a few of you who cannot play in the group on a Sunday. Hopefully, we will return to having 4 players per tee-time shortly but in the mean time I feel I have to put forth this policy.
This new policy should give everyone a fair chance of playing. I am not opposed to making adjustments if the need arises. I will also have VETO power over any member's action I deem to be trying to gain a posting advantage.

Effective Immediately:
In order to allow ALL members a fair chance of playing on Sundays
I am implementing the following policy for "Posting to play (IN) requests"
1) A Post in the forum opening the availability to play for the upcoming Sunday will take place at @ 7PM on the Sunday prior.
2) You may ONLY post yourself for the upcoming weekend. Exception, Officers may post the Executive Committee in one post.
3) The first 2 members 'LOCKED OUT' for the upcoming weekend will automatically be "IN" for the week after play.
